Clinic websites that turn visitors into bookings

Most clinic websites are brochures. They list qualifications, show a photo of a treatment couch, and hide the booking button three clicks deep. We build sites that behave like a good receptionist.

What a patient in pain actually does

Someone wakes with a locked neck. They search on their phone, open three clinics in three tabs, and give each one roughly twenty seconds. They are looking for four things: are you close, can you see me soon, do you treat this, and do other people rate you.

If your site makes them hunt for any of those four, they close the tab and book with whoever answered fastest. Every design decision we make comes back to that twenty seconds.

What we build

  • A treatment page per condition. Back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, plantar heel pain, post-op knee. Each page is a genuine answer to a real search, not a keyword-stuffed paragraph.
  • A location page per clinic site. If you run rooms in two towns, you need two pages, each with its own address, map, parking notes and opening hours.
  • Clinician profiles that carry weight. Registration numbers, professional bodies, special interests, years qualified. This is what Google calls experience and expertise, and in healthcare it is weighted heavily.
  • Booking wired in, not bolted on. Your diary software embedded properly, plus a phone number that is tappable on mobile.
  • Fee transparency. Clinics that publish prices convert better. Patients who cannot find your fees assume the worst.

Built on foundations you own

You own the domain, the hosting account, the analytics and the content. Not us. If you ever want to move on, we hand over the keys the same week and there is no penalty for leaving.

This matters more than it sounds. A large share of the clinics we speak to are stuck with an agency that registered their domain, holds the logins, and charges to make a phone number change.

Compliance is part of the build, not an afterthought

Healthcare advertising in the UK has rules. The ASA and CAP codes limit what you can claim about treatment outcomes, and your regulator adds more on top. We write to those limits by default.

We also handle the boring legal furniture: privacy notice covering special category health data, cookie consent that actually blocks scripts before consent, accessible contrast and keyboard navigation.
